Team Lead – Telecom ES- (Req No. 1694)

* Analytical, problem-solving and people management skill to support Network Operations consists of Cisco Data network (WAN / MAN / LAN) and Avaya Voice network (PBX/Conference)
* Maters / Graduate / Diploma in Computers or Electronics with certification Like CCNP, CCDP; CCIE and having 7-8 years of experience in Network & Telecom



Team Lead – Client Services ES- (Req No. 1693)

* Knowledge on TCP/IP, Citrix, Internet, Intranet, VPN (Virtual Private network), MS Outlook and other Office utilities
* Technical and management skills with 7+ years in IT Support with reputed companies. 2+ year in managing a team of support specialists



Manager - IT Asset Management ES- (Req No. 1695)

* Minimum 10 years of industry experience
* 4+years of strong track record (current) in asset administration in Information Technology areas
* At least 3 yrs in IT/ITES will be an added advantage.

· Graduate with diploma in computer applications / Information Technology as major from prime institutes. ITIL certification is required.



Senior Software Engineer- TS -FIMT (Req No.1608)

* Over 4 years of experience in First level troubleshooting of incidents with nightly batch cycle.
* Technical skills-Unix/ Linux, Shell scripting
* Desirable technical skills - Autosys and PL/SQL
* Monitoring and support of Autosys jobs and take action on failed jobs
* Open, update and close incident tickets using Service Center .



Senior Database Administrator –App DBA - TS - FIMT (Req No -1760)



* 5+ years of overall Oracle DBA experience with 3+ years of App DBA experience
* Must have strong focus on SQL tuning. This is a mandatory requirement.
* Strong TSQL / PLSQL skill is a must.

Strong SQL, Unix Shell Scripting skills (Solaris/AIX) .
