Roles and Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for dynamic and enterprising business analysts who have a passion to define and articulate account strategy in helping Capgemini conquer market share in this dynamic business environment.
· Ascertain a calendar for completion of updates to and periodic review of account plans.
· Assist with monitoring and identifying trends and results on the plans that will allow the CREs, Account Executives and CPs to proactively act on changes needed
· Assist onsite lead with analysis of information in the account plans and develop appropriate and insightful assumptions about the progress of revenue generation and relationship depth within the account.
· Work on initiatives that are pertinent to improving account management and strategy planning.
· Facilitate creation of market research analysis and competitive analysis to accounts or business units, as required
· Provide scorecards to BU Heads that reflect the status of initiatives for each account plan
· Assist the onsite lead in creation of executive level reports.
· Assist with data entry, consolidation and report generation for the sales league management information on a monthly basis.
· Create reports from Spade, on as-required basis.

Job Title
Quality Lead in Delivery Assurance Group
Roles and Responsibilities
· Weekly Monitoring and control of the project by performing QL reviews across Onsite & Offshore.
· Highlighting Key Risks\Issues across Onsite & Offshore and working with team to close them
· Tracking of Compliance\Delivery\Financial related risks \issues against agreed commitments
· Work closely with Delivery Executives/Delivery Partners/Delivery Managers across Onsite & Offshore.
· Tracking Client CSS/OTACE/Audit Complaints or Concerns
· Perform project startup/closure, configuration, milestone audits and Pre-delivery Audits
· Phase Gate Reviews ( Entry & Exit Criteria)
· Metrics: Monthly Metrics Analysis of the Project
· Process Training : Includes Quality Process Trainings like Review process, Root cause analysis etc
· Sharing Best Practices and Lesson’s Learnt with the Project from organization experience
· CMMI Coach for the Delivery Team
· Implementation of Clarity for Scheduling and Tracking WBS against plan
· Improve process compliance of project & facilitate process improvements
Required Experience
Overall 6 to 12 Years with good Development exposure.
